The greatest reward of being a Financial Representative has been the ability to create and build a set of clients that rivals any profession I know of -- both personally and professionally.
Greatest Challenge
I had to keep the eye on the prize early on in my career. I knew that the system worked if I followed what I was told to do and the results would justify all of my efforts.
Biggest Challenges
Balancing all of the things that you need to do to build the foundation of my practice, which included the needed education, prospecting new clients, selling and learning how to manage my time.
What I've Learned
I could never do work that did not have meaning. The impact we make on people's lives will carry on for generations to come.
A Time I Made a Difference
I could name many situations but would rather focus on my role as managing director. I have been able to allow people the same opportunity for a career that I was given by training, educating and helping them build a successful practice with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.

I just began my 20th year with the Network and look forward to spending the rest of my career with a great company.

Outside of Work
I coach youth sports, play golf, and enjoy the beaches of Long Island.
