A Rewarding Career Choice
For 10 years I was in the corporate offices of AAL/Thrivent Financial and was involved in sales and marketing of the AAL/Thrivent Mutual Funds.

I chose this career because there is a real shortage of qualified people to help individuals with their financial situations and I enjoy helping people solve their financial puzzles.

I find it rewarding to help people make important and lasting financial decisions that will greatly impact their lives. It's challenging to find enough hours in the day to help as many people as I'd like. Early in the career, it's especially challenging to find balance between career and family time.

But, along the way, I have learned that I am well respected among the people I had previously worked with as I have many of them now as clients.

Words of Wisdom
This is a great career for being able to help people and allow yourself financial as well as time independence.

I am involved in my church.
