A Rewarding Career Shift
Before becoming a Financial Representative, I owned a computer training school. I was approached by a recruiter after I sold my business.

I like the feeling of control of my time and the financial rewards. I enjoy sitting down face to face with people and assisting them in organizing their financial future.

The greatest challenge in this career is learning the business and learning to prospect.

But I've learned it is possible to reach out from the boundaries of your comfort zone and create a new comfort zone.

I am about to make Pacesetter 40 and my next goal is Second 60.

Sound Career Advice
Be prepared to face lean times in the beginning and don't give up once you start. There will be a time when it starts to click and that is a very exciting moment.

Outside of Work
I am on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations. I build and refurbish golf clubs and I enjoy scuba diving. I also enjoy spending lots of time with my family.
