A Rewarding Career Choice
Before I became a Financial Representative, I sold hospital and pharmaceutical supplies. I wanted to go into business for myself and not work for someone else. 

The greatest reward is the independence, virtually unlimited income opportunity and the impact I have had on so many individuals.

The career has its challenges, too, such as doing the things you have to do in this business every day. It is easy to become sidetracked and distracted. Early in my career, I realized I lacked organization and discipline.

But along the way, I gained a lot of confidence and learned that I am very good at some things and to delegate the things that I was not good at. I learned that it takes a team to be very successful.

Making a Difference
I sold a doctor a Northwestern Mutual disability insurance (DI) policy. He became disabled later in his career, and without the DI policies and the waiver of premium on his life insurance, he would have been financially destroyed.

Anticipated Milestones
I look forward to building an even better team and becoming a full-service operation for my personal and business clients.

Career Advice
Commit to the career. Do it the Granum way, and don't try to take any shortcuts. This is a tremendous experience for the right individual.
