Before becoming a Financial Representative, I owned a medical purchasing group. I decided on this career because I wanted to be more involved in people's lives. I wanted to help them reach their dreams.

The greatest reward is making a difference in the lives of the people I serve as a Financial Representative. Now as a Managing Partner, it involves not only serving clients, but also helping my associates develop practices that help them grow successful businesses.

The career has its challenges; namely, finding the discipline and determination to keep going when things get difficult.

In my career, I've learned I can make a truly meaningful difference in people's lives -- as an organization with over $5.5 billion of insurance in force, we are making a tremendous difference on a daily basis.

I've also learned in my career that I can reach levels of personal success that I never dreamed possible.

Looking Forward
I look forward to the legacy that I will leave when I look back at my retirement. It will be satisfying to ponder the incredible impact we have had on people's financial goals.
