| A Rewarding Career Choice
I was a sales manager for a local temporary help company and I was looking to own my own business.
The greatest reward in this career is the ability to help people to make a difference, and the greatest challenge is dealing with the lack of knowledge surrounding our products. Early in the career, the greatest challenge was cash flow. But along the way, I've learned that I enjoy the friendships I've made almost as much as the sales. I've had four disability claims and one death claim. Each is so unique; it is amazing how clients see you after these events. Notable Milestones and Some Career Advice In my career, my biggest milestone is achieving 25 years as a financial representative. If you're considering this as a career, I offer this advice: Have a working wife or have six to nine months of cash saved.
